Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, primarily for Customer Support positions and a variety of technical and non‑technical roles. This role works closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, and follow up until the candidate joins.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in trackers or an ATS.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Build and nurture a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably for customer support and mixed technical roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting hiring targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
