Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

A fast-growing education support company based in Pakistan, which delivers online teaching lessons to international students in the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, is hiring a talent acquisition executive in Lahore. The role covers recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, onboarding and hiring operations, supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, hiring records, interview coordination and workforce building.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, attendance and recruitment documentation
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Handle candidate queries and support talent acquisition operations
• Assist in recruitment planning and hiring coordination
• Prepare reports, maintain recruitment databases and support management activities
• Coordinate with other departments on staffing and operational needs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multitasking and keep accurate records
• Professional attitude, problem-solving and strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
