Talent Acquisition Intern (Marketplace Team)

About the role

EdgeEdge, an AI-native healthcare staffing company, is hiring Talent Acquisition Interns for its Marketplace team for a 6-8 week contract with an immediate start. This is an entry-level, execution-focused, fully onsite role in the DHA Phase 2, Islamabad office, working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. You will support the team in sourcing talent, maintaining candidate pipelines, organizing talent profiles and tracking availability.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and pipeline development: help identify candidates across role categories using LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases, and build and maintain organized talent pipelines.
• Candidate profile management: keep profiles accurate and up to date in internal systems, update statuses and flag outdated or duplicate records.
• Pipeline and availability tracking: track candidate availability and readiness, follow up on pending information and highlight pipeline gaps.
• Recruiting coordination: support outreach and follow-ups, schedule interviews and coordinate assessments and documentation.
• Data and reporting: maintain sourcing trackers and reports on candidate volume and pipeline health.
• Administrative support: coordinate with internal stakeholders, keep records organized and help with ad hoc sourcing projects.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate, or up to 6 months of professional experience.
• Interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, talent sourcing or people operations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and English communication skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Islamabad and available for the night shift; able to start immediately.
• Nice to have: previous internship or experience in recruiting, HR, sourcing, operations or customer support; familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel or Google Sheets; basic knowledge of ATS, CRM or recruiting systems; interest in talent marketplaces and healthcare staffing.
