Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist

About the role

ABS International is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist to join its HR team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other platforms.
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Prepare recruitment reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet hiring targets and recruitment deadlines.
• Collaborate with management and departments to understand hiring needs.
• Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for upcoming roles.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter or similar HR role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and responsible attitude.
