Talent Acquisition Specialist – High Volume Hiring

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for high‑volume hiring, partnering with line managers, HR Business Partners and university career offices to fill vacant positions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and execute bulk‑hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with university career services to build a pipeline of candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and regional HRBPs to align interview schedules with headcount needs.
• Produce weekly hiring reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously while meeting targets.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HR reporting tools.
