About the role

Troxis IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical positions. You will partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, technical expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and social media to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and use advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and support data‑driven hiring decisions.
• Promote Troxis as an employer of choice through recruitment campaigns and networking events.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and compliance.
