Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Fintech positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent that drives our fast‑growing fintech business.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for IT and Fintech roles through job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and candidate evaluation criteria.
• Promote ACE Money Transfer as an employer of choice in the IT and Fintech space.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date candidate database with timely communication.
• Work with HR and hiring managers to craft competitive offers and negotiate terms.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, candidate quality, and diversity outcomes.
• Champion diverse hiring by presenting a broad range of qualified candidates.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably for IT or Fintech roles.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong data‑driven recruitment analytics.
