Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading global staffing firm on a fully remote basis. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to guiding them through the interview process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract talent using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, handling follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics within the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and refine job descriptions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• LinkedIn Recruiter usage.
• Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with various job boards.
