Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely and support a global technology leader. In this full‑time position you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive efficient, high‑quality hiring across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
