About the role

Join the Workforce Consulting team at A.F.Ferguson & Co as a Senior Associate, helping leading organisations improve performance through strategic people and process transformation.

Key responsibilities

Advise clients on organisation and workforce transformation, delivering solutions with tangible impact.
Lead cross‑functional teams to design and implement strategic organisational and people change.
Stay current on regional and international best practices and business developments.
Manage projects and teams to ensure timely, effective delivery.
Build strong client relationships as a trusted strategic partner.

Required profile

3‑5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting or a related field with proven outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong expertise in process improvement, organisation design, talent and change management, and workforce transformation.
