Talent & Culture Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Talent & Culture Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role you will design and implement initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and offer negotiations.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events and recognition programs.
• Act as a culture ambassador, promoting organizational values.
• Conduct pulse surveys and use feedback to drive improvement.
• Partner with leadership to embed a strong organizational culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management, employee engagement or organizational development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy and a passion for people.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in a startup or fast‑growth organization; exposure to DEI, mental‑health or culture‑building programs is a plus.
• HR certifications such as SHRM‑CP or PHR are advantageous.
