About the role

The City School is seeking an experienced O‑Level teacher to deliver Accounts and Economics lessons at its North Nazimabad campus in Karachi. This full‑time, morning‑shift position involves creating a dynamic learning environment for senior secondary students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons for O‑Level Accounts and Economics.
• Design and administer assessments, providing clear feedback to students.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
• Stay updated with subject developments and O‑Level examination requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Approximately 23 years of teaching experience, preferably at O‑Level.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts and Economics curricula.

• Subject expertise in Accounts and Economics.
• Lesson planning and assessment design.
• Classroom management and discipline maintenance.
