Team Lead – Corporate & Investment Banking Operations

About the role

The Team Lead will provide operational support and oversight for Corporate and Investment Banking activities, ensuring efficient processing of account opening, maintenance, KYC, and related services while maintaining regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and authorize corporate account opening, maintenance, mandates, and signatory updates across multiple client segments.
• Review and approve documentation for compliance with CDD/KYC, AML, sanctions, and internal policies.
• Monitor service level agreements, maintain 99% processing accuracy, and prioritize high‑value or aged requests.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, compliance, credit, and technology teams to resolve documentation gaps and operational issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, analyze trends and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in corporate banking operations, account management or client onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC/CDD, regulatory requirements and internal control standards.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in banking systems and workflow applications.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
