Team Lead - Cost Estimation Sales

About the role

Interact Global is looking for an experienced Team Lead to head its Cost Estimation and Construction sales team, based in Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore. The role involves leading the team, improving conversion rates, overseeing the sales pipeline and delivering monthly and quarterly revenue targets. It is a night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM), Monday to Friday, and calls, meetings and presentations are made with U.S.-based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, lead handling and team performance.
• Help team members turn qualified leads into paying clients.
• Supervise sales calls, meetings and presentations with U.S. clients, and support them with objections, negotiations, pricing and deal closure.
• Ensure the team understands client requirements for construction and cost estimation services.
• Track the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects on time.
• Run regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
• Work with estimation and operations teams on client onboarding and project handover.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Find performance gaps and improve conversion rates and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience, including a senior or team-leading role.
• Experience in BPO, construction, cost estimation or U.S.-based sales campaigns strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing sales teams and hitting revenue targets.
• Excellent English, verbal and written; comfortable working to U.S. time zones.
• Experience with U.S. and international clients.
