Tech Recruiter (Europe Hiring)

About the role

A Tech Recruiter is needed to support Europe hiring, based onsite in Wapda Town, Lahore. The recruiter finds and engages technical talent mainly through passive sourcing, screens candidates technically and moves them smoothly through the hiring process. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a salary of PKR 70,000 to 90,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates proactively on LinkedIn using advanced search, filters and Boolean strings
• Contact passive candidates directly with clear, personalized outreach
• Screen candidates for technical fit and conduct initial technical interviews
• Understand tech stacks, roles and requirements for European clients
• Coordinate with candidates and clients on interviews, feedback and offers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and keep records updated
• Communicate professionally with candidates and clients in English, in writing and on calls

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience hiring for Europe
• Very good English, written and spoken
• Ability to work onsite during the stated hours

Required skills

• LinkedIn filtering, searching and contacting candidates
• Passive hiring through direct outreach
• Technical knowledge to evaluate candidates and run technical interviews (languages, frameworks, roles)
• Added advantage: experience with other sourcing tools such as GitHub, Boolean/X-ray tools, ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter
