Tech Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tech Recruiter to join our team on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and onboarding technical talent to support our growing IT and engineering functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
• Source and attract candidates using resume databases, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews with reliable selection tools to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees to ensure full integration.
• Apply HR recruiting best practices to meet targeted timelines.
• Provide analytical reports to the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a “best place to work”.
• Collaborate with peers to develop efficient recruitment processes.
• Handle additional responsibilities as requested by management.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in HR and IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiarity with technical roles such as software development, network engineering and IT support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple roles.
