Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager leads the team that builds automations, workflows, and technical projects for brands across the Catalyst Capital group. This remote, people‑management role ensures requests are turned into deliverable builds, verified, and handed over with clear ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Set the order of work for automations, workflows, and other technical projects across the group.
• Translate brand or internal requests into builds the team can ship and verify they meet requirements.
• Assign a named owner and define “done” for each project.
• Manage 3‑4 direct reports, conduct one‑ons, set expectations, and review work.
• Guide the team’s use of HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, Aircall, Aloware, Typeform, OnceHub, Hyros, Supabase, Cloudflare, and AI systems such as Claude.
• Escalate blockers, priority changes, and conflicts to the Head of Technology.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a people manager with direct reports.
• Working understanding of Zapier integrated with HubSpot.
• Practical knowledge of n8n, Aircall, Aloware, Typeform, OnceHub, Hyros, Supabase, and Cloudflare.
• Ability to use AI tools like Claude for scoping and checking workflows.
• Strong written communication to create clear, executable plans.

What we offer

• Salary $2,000‑$3,000 per month (USD).
