Technical Project Specialist (AI & Spatial Intelligence)

About the role

We’re looking for a Technical Project Specialist (TPMS) with a strong software development background to lead agile teams and drive technical delivery. You’ll work closely with developers and stakeholders to manage sprint execution, validate system architecture and design, and deliver impactful solutions on time.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to analyze technical requirements, identify challenges, and create solutions.
• Design and review system architectures, ensuring robust integration between edge devices, cloud services, and AI/ML pipelines.
• Plan, track, and deliver project scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation, user stories, and release notes.
• Monitor project burn (time, scope, resources) and take proactive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (PMP or MBA is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in software development (backend, frontend or full‑stack) and technical project management.
• Strong understanding of system design and distributed architectures, especially edge‑cloud integration for AI/ML workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React) or C++.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and Git.
