Technical Recruiter – FinTech Engineering Hiring

About the role

Codebase Technologies is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its engineering and delivery teams in Pakistan. You will partner with engineering managers and the HR Business Partner to build a high‑quality talent pipeline for a fast‑growing fintech SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, including .NET, Flutter, mobile, QA engineers, technical product analysts, and delivery leads.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, local job boards (Rozee.pk, Mustakbil) and referral programmes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates aligned with Codebase’s technology stack and fintech domain.
• Write compelling job ads, promote employer branding on social media and through university outreach.
• Conduct structured screening and assessments, coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and track recruitment metrics.
