Technical Recruiter

About the role

Mindbridge, a large English-language outsourcing company based in Pakistan, is looking for a Technical Recruiter to source, assess and hire technical talent. The recruiter works closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, design recruitment strategies and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify technical hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and social media.
• Screen resumes, run initial interviews and assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments, coding tests and interview panels with internal teams.
• Manage the full cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks and best practices in technical hiring.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Maintain recruitment reports and metrics, and support employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Familiarity with technical roles such as developers, network engineers, IT support and system administrators.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once in a fast-paced environment.
