Technical Recruiter – Remote Independent Contractor

About the role

Huzzle is looking for a high‑caliber Technical Recruiter to join a fast‑paced, fully remote team. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, sourcing and placing top‑tier talent across software engineering, IT infrastructure and SAP ecosystems for high‑growth international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff to offer negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline using advanced sourcing, networking and headhunting techniques.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define specialized candidate profiles and technical requirements.
• Conduct rigorous technical screenings to assess hard skills and cultural fit.
• Represent Huzzle’s brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks and emerging talent pools in IT, software engineering and SAP.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level technical recruitment experience (or 3 years at a mid‑level).
• Proven track record hiring across software engineering, IT infrastructure or ERP systems such as SAP.
• Deep understanding of technical stacks, frameworks and the nuances of engineering roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Ability to work independently in a results‑driven, high‑growth environment.
