Technical Recruiter – US IT Market (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, high‑velocity Technical Recruiter to drive full‑cycle IT talent acquisition for the U.S. market. Operating directly within U.S. business hours, you will source, screen, and deliver top‑tier tech talent across software engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive U.S. tech candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, boolean strings, and specialized tech communities, building active pipelines for high‑demand disciplines.
• Conduct rigorous technical prescreens, verify eligibility and compensation expectations, manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer delivery, and onboarding follow‑up.
• Partner with U.S.-based hiring managers and account leads, maintain clean ATS data, and track recruitment metrics to refine sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on IT recruitment experience targeting the U.S. market, preferably in an agency or high‑growth tech environment.
• Deep understanding of modern technology stacks, software development lifecycles, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with U.S. employment structures (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑Ray searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and ATS/CRM systems.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, with strong negotiation and candidate‑selling abilities.
