Technical Sales Intern

About the role

Fixsset is a data-driven asset management partner helping organisations manage assets across their full lifecycle, serving sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, transport, government and industrial operations. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Technical Sales intern in Karachi who supports the sales team in identifying potential clients, preparing presentations and product demonstrations, and explaining asset management solutions in clear technical and business terms.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and gather and document requirements
• Assist with proposals and quotes and follow up on leads under the guidance of senior team members
• Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to understand product capabilities and give basic technical support before and after sales
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Take part in customer meetings, contribute to market research and support initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Interest in asset management, industrial operations or related technical fields; prior exposure is an advantage
• Comfortable working in an on-site team environment in Karachi

Required skills

• Strong technical sales and communication skills, with clear verbal and written communication
• Foundational technical support capability and customer service focus
• Ability to learn complex software products quickly and explain them accessibly
• Analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail in documentation
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software and CRM systems is beneficial
