About the role

We are looking for a versatile Technical Writer and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lahore. In this hybrid role you will produce high‑quality technical documentation while also crafting compelling marketing communications that engage our audience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation, product data sheets, and software help guides.
• Leverage AI tools to generate and update specifications and user assistance content.
• Write marketing releases, email campaigns, and copy that highlight product benefits.
• Develop engaging LinkedIn posts and other social‑media content to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Strong copywriting and editing abilities.
• Proficiency with AI‑based content creation tools.
• Experience managing email marketing and broader marketing communications.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and social‑media best practices.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
