Tele Sales & Marketing Officer

About the role
The Tele Sales & Marketing Officer will join ComputerZone.pk’s Lahore office to drive inbound and outbound sales activities, manage client communications and support the company’s growth in the IT hardware B2B market.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and digital channels, generating and qualifying leads.
- Convert qualified leads into sales, meeting monthly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including managing social‑media platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve business goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele‑marketing and sales.
- Strong communication abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in IT hardware or B2B sales is an advantage.
