About the role
We are seeking a Telecommunication Sales Specialist to handle inbound sales calls from US customers while working night‑shift hours from our Lahore office. The role focuses on promoting internet, TV, home phone and home security packages and ensuring customers receive the best plan for their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from US‑based customers and guide them through product offerings.
- Sell internet, television, home phone and home security services.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecom sales or inbound sales.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong sales and closing abilities.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Willingness to work night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones and to work on‑site in Lahore.
