Telegram Community Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Telegram Community Growth Manager to expand COPYME.EARTH’s digital ecosystem. You will lead community acquisition, forge B2B‑style partnerships with existing Telegram group admins, and build a highly engaged, gamified network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate cross‑promotional partnerships with Telegram group admins in AI, Tech, and Web3 sectors.
• Manage daily operations of the central Telegram group, including onboarding, bot verification, and referral leaderboard engagement.
• Spot top‑performing members, create a decentralized outreach team, and train sub‑recruiting growth squads.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling and moderating large Telegram communities.
• Strong negotiation and outreach abilities to pitch and close partnerships.
• Highly organized, data‑driven mindset with experience tracking acquisition metrics and growth KPIs.
