Telesales Executive (Inbound Leads)

About the role

CoderzHunt is hiring a Telesales Executive in Lahore to convert inbound leads into sales. The role suits someone who is confident on calls, builds customer relationships and earns through performance-based pay. Working hours are 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new inbound leads promptly by phone and WhatsApp
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages or services
• Follow up consistently until a decision is reached
• Share proposals, explain pricing and handle objections professionally
• Close deals and coordinate payment confirmations
• Maintain accurate lead records, statuses and follow-up notes in the CRM or lead sheet
• Provide weekly feedback on lead quality, customer concerns and frequently asked questions

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service or inside sales; fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also welcome
• Fluent Urdu and basic English are a plus
• Ability to work with daily and monthly sales targets

Required skills

• Strong phone communication and professional WhatsApp handling
• Excellent follow-up, organization and time management
• Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets or any CRM system
