Telesales Executive – On‑site in Lahore

About the role

The Telesales Executive will work on‑site in Lahore, handling both outbound and inbound calls to promote the company’s products and services. You will engage prospects, qualify leads and convert them into sales while delivering a professional and courteous customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.
• Qualify prospects, follow up on leads and close deals to meet individual and team targets.
• Log call details, update customer records in the CRM and maintain accurate data.
• Collaborate with customer‑service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of scripts and sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting and closing sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, on‑site environment and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call‑management systems.
• Minimum education: high school; further studies in business or marketing are an advantage.
