Tendering Engineer

About the role

The Tendering Engineer will work on‑site in Karachi, preparing and reviewing technical and commercial quotations for electrical and power‑related projects. The role ensures bids are accurate, compliant and competitive.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents and coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to develop cost estimates.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms when needed, and track tender status and outcomes.
• Support documentation, risk assessment and continuous improvement of tendering processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• Experience in tendering or proposals within electrical services, construction or power projects (advantageous).
• Strong analytical and communication skills for evaluating specifications, costs and coordinating with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering knowledge of power projects and industrial electrical systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor coordination and cost estimation.
