Territory Manager – Chemicals & Coatings

About the role

The Territory Manager will lead sales activities for KPDC in the Lahore district, focusing on the chemicals, coatings, inks, plastics and construction markets. You will build and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers, delivering technical and commercial solutions that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer sites regularly to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Present product and solution offerings, negotiate prices and contracts in line with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with technical and supply‑chain teams for sampling, qualification, order processing and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback; prepare reports and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reporting and forecasting using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in territory management and B2B sales, preferably in chemicals, coatings, inks, plastics or construction.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Basic technical understanding of pigments, resins, additives or industrial chemicals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and work both independently and as part of a team.
