Territory Sales Manager, Bahawalpur

About the role

Mondelēz International is hiring a Territory Sales Manager in Bahawalpur to lead a field sales representative team. The manager ensures delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for the assigned area, working closely with cross-functional colleagues on activation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate the team, working with the sales capability team to deliver training.
• Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets, and provide reporting as required.
• Manage winning customer relationships so that categories are executed to the best of the industry.
• Work with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to deliver the optimum return across the area.
• Apply category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in using category tools to engage and influence customers.

Required profile

• BBA/MBA education.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of the market and routes-to-market where Mondelēz operates.
• Experience in sales.
• Frequent field work; no relocation support available.
