About the role
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) and O&I (Office & Institutional) segments in the Multan region. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, achieving turnover targets, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire target buying rate and average turnover while meeting sales and customer visit targets.
- Activate new HoReCa and O&I customers and maintain regular updates of customer records.
- Develop and implement action plans for key customers, visit them according to schedule, and submit reports to the line manager.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, providing feedback and analysis to department managers.
- Organize and support customer panels, and exchange relevant information with store and floor managers.
