Territory Sales Manager

About the role

Pakistan Tobacco Company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales, market share and product availability in the Ghotki region of Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory-level sales, market share, volume, distribution and product availability targets.
• Deliver high‑quality trade‑marketing calls and ensure brand execution standards in outlets.
• Supervise distributor operations, ensuring compliance with the Distribution Manual and business plan.
• Build relationships with trade members, loyalty outlets and local trade unions to gather market insights.
• Use territory data to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Coach and mentor field team members while reinforcing performance standards and safe ways of working.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, distribution, trade marketing or field operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and travel extensively within the territory.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of trade marketing, customer engagement, account management and distributor management.
