Testing (QAT/UAT) Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Testing (QAT/UAT) Specialist to ensure the quality, functionality and reliability of our digital products and technology solutions. The specialist will work closely with developers, product teams and business stakeholders to validate requirements and support successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute test scenarios, test cases and test plans for functional, regression and user‑acceptance testing.
• Identify, log and track defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, and work with development teams to drive resolution.
• Validate business requirements and perform root‑cause analysis for any issues discovered.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure testing activities are aligned with sprint goals.
• Maintain clear test documentation, test reports and defect metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, QAT or UAT.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working on customer‑centric digital products is a plus.
