Ticketing Manager

About the role

The Ticketing Manager will lead all ticketing activities for Ibex Global Tours’ domestic and international travel services. Based in Islamabad, this full‑time position ensures smooth ticket sales, reservations, and modifications while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily ticket sales and coordinate with airlines, travel partners and internal teams.
• Process bookings, cancellations, re‑issues and ensure accurate ticket issuance.
• Monitor ticket inventory, fares, routes, promotions and policy updates.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve ticket‑related complaints promptly.
• Optimize ticketing processes for efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry regulations and travel documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel, tourism or airline ticketing, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration or a related field (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Islamabad and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre.
• Experience using reservation and ticketing software.
• Competence with standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
