TOC Executive – Telecom Monitoring & Analytics

About the role

The TOC Executive will lead reporting, analytics, and remote support for monitoring system faults within a telecom network. The role ensures 24x7 monitoring compliance, works closely with a Managed Service Provider (MSP), and may require shift work during emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive operational reports and audit monitoring tools for accuracy.
• Analyze performance data to identify low‑performing assets and recurring issues.
• Provide remote support for fault rectification and acceptance testing of new sites on the RMS platform.
• Engage suppliers to improve monitoring dashboards and drive automation of repetitive tasks.
• Oversee MSP’s real‑time monitoring, escalation handling, ticket validation, and adherence to SLAs and OLAs.
• Validate MSP compliance with change management processes and coordinate with field teams and customers.
• Perform 24x7 monitoring, troubleshooting, dispatch, and escalation when required.
• Offer backup support during critical incidents to maintain operational continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom or Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience (internship or project work preferred).
• Familiarity with incident and change management processes.
• Good knowledge of telecom power infrastructure.
• Ability to work under high pressure with strong communication and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Programming skills in any language for process automation.
