Tourism Specialist

About the role

The Tourism Specialist will work on‑site in Karachi to create personalized travel experiences for individual, corporate and group clients. You will guide customers through every step of their journey, from itinerary design to visa processing and booking of flights and hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and design customized holiday, Umrah or adventure packages.
• Assist clients with visa applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Manage hotel and flight reservations using the company’s booking platforms.
• Coordinate corporate and group travel logistics, including itineraries, transportation and accommodation.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and respond to inquiries via phone, email or in‑person.
• Promote Crown Zone Tourism’s services to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of travel and tourism practices, policies and popular destinations.
• Proven customer‑service experience with a focus on delivering positive client outcomes.
• Background in sales and marketing within the travel sector is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel management software and related booking tools.
