Trade Territory Manager

About the role

The Trade Territory Manager will be responsible for growing and leading the assigned territory by driving product availability, visibility and advocacy. The role ensures above‑market growth through execution of commercial initiatives and effective collaboration with distributors and order bookers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the assigned territory, achieving monthly targets and planned growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors to meet company objectives.
• Ensure product availability, proper planograms and visibility tools across all outlets.
• Drive distributor teams to implement the sales strategy and achieve the IMS plan.
• Plan and execute market visits, trade‑marketing activities and monthly work plans.
• Provide coaching and training to distributor field forces.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance data to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all activities.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• At least two years of trade sales experience in the pharma or consumer industry (fresh graduates may also be considered).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent business communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience handling distributors and leading teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
