Training Executive

About the role

Propstar Technologies is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Training Executive to drive employee learning, skill development, and performance improvement across the organization. The role involves coordinating, delivering, and evaluating training programs that boost knowledge, productivity, and professional growth in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs based on departmental needs.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across teams.
• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals and other learning resources.
• Monitor employee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records, attendance reports and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement development plans.
• Support coaching, mentoring and continuous learning initiatives.
• Ensure training programs align with company goals, policies and performance standards.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for management regarding training outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• Proven experience in training, learning and development, or employee coaching roles.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate individuals with different learning styles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
