Training Executive – Learning & Development

About the role

Propstar Technologies is looking for a proactive Training Executive to design, deliver and evaluate learning programs that boost employee performance and support the company’s growth. The role involves collaborating with department heads, managing onboarding sessions and ensuring training aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver training sessions based on departmental needs.
• Identify skill gaps through training needs analysis.
• Create training materials, presentations, manuals and other learning resources.
• Track attendance, maintain training records and assess program effectiveness.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and continuous learning support.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on training outcomes for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• Proven experience in training, learning‑and‑development or employee coaching.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with training documentation tools.
