Transportation Supervisor

About the role

The Transportation Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Islamabad. You will lead daily transportation operations, ensuring routes are scheduled efficiently, drivers and vehicles are coordinated, and deliveries are made safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule transportation routes and monitor fleet performance.
• Supervise drivers and support staff, handling performance monitoring and staff coordination.
• Maintain compliance with DOT and other transportation regulations.
• Keep accurate operational records and resolve any issues that arise.
• Address customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance standards.
• Experience in fleet management, route planning, and basic vehicle maintenance coordination.
• Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or operations management.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
