About the role
We are seeking a motivated Travel Consultant to join our team in Islamabad. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel services and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking journey.
Key responsibilities
- Make flight reservations and issue tickets using Sabre GDS.
- Manage reissues, refunds, and itinerary changes efficiently.
- Handle customer travel inquiries with professionalism.
- Prepare accurate quotations and detailed travel itineraries.
- Assist clients with Umrah, visa, and other travel‑related services.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Sabre GDS (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, reissues, and refunds.
- Familiarity with Umrah, visit visa, and travel services.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Sales‑oriented mindset with target‑driven approach.
- Good computer proficiency.
