Travel Consultant

About the role

Fly Air is seeking a proactive Travel Consultant to join its Islamabad office. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end booking services, crafting personalized itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for both leisure and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage flight, hotel, and car reservations using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• Issue, reissue, and process refunds or endorsements for tickets.
• Advise clients on routes, fares, baggage policies, travel documentation and visa requirements.
• Create customized itineraries and cost estimates while adhering to budgets and company policies.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email and in‑person, resolving booking issues and schedule changes.
• Identify upsell opportunities and achieve sales and service targets.
• Maintain accurate fare, tax and invoice records and perform regular reconciliations.
• Utilize MS Excel and CRM tools for reporting and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in airline ticketing, travel agency reservations or passenger sales.
• Practical knowledge of fare construction, ticketing rules and reissue/refund procedures.
• Strong command of English and Urdu, both written and spoken.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving and numerical accuracy.
