Travel Consultant – Sales & Ticketing

About the role

The Travel Consultant (Travel Executive) will work full‑time in an office environment in Islamabad, promoting and selling a range of travel services including packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa assistance and travel insurance. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to after‑sales support, for both individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking and lead generation.
• Promote and sell travel packages, flight tickets, hotel reservations, visa assistance, travel insurance and related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Understand customer travel requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and detailed itineraries.
• Follow up leads and inquiries to convert them into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on travel trends, airline promotions and industry developments.
• Handle customer concerns and provide after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales and ticketing experience, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality or a service industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with a target‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic computer applications.
