Travel Sales Consultant

About the role

The Travel Sales Consultant joins Skylink Travel and Tours in Karachi to help clients design personalized travel experiences. Working on‑site full‑time, you will advise travelers, build custom itineraries and promote packages that match their preferences and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on travel options, assess needs and recommend suitable destinations and packages.
• Create and manage detailed itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours and other services.
• Handle travel documentation, reservations and any changes to ensure smooth journeys.
• Respond to inquiries, provide quotations promptly and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records in booking and CRM systems and monitor supplier promotions.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Detail‑oriented with a results‑driven mindset.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or tourism sales environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking platforms and reservation systems.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage client relationships.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
