Travel Salesperson

About the role

WM Travel & Tours is looking for a dynamic Salesperson to join its on‑site team in Karachi. The role focuses on promoting and selling a wide range of travel and tour services, from flights and hotels to visas, insurance, and cruise packages.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients via phone, text, email, and face‑to‑face to understand travel needs.
• Prepare accurate quotations, manage bookings, and process changes or cancellations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales records and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with operations and customer‑service teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities with a proven record of achieving targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of travel booking processes; experience in travel and tourism is a plus.
• High school diploma minimum; a degree or diploma in Business, Tourism, Hospitality or related field is beneficial.
• Fluency in English; local language proficiency preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems.
• Competence in using office productivity tools.
