Truck Dispatch Sales Agent (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Truck Dispatch Sales Agent to join our team in Wapda Town, Lahore. The position works the night shift (6 PM – 2 AM) and focuses on generating new business for our truck dispatch services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for truck dispatch services.
• Conduct daily cold‑calling to attract reliable carriers.
• Communicate professionally with carriers and clients.
• Negotiate rates and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Maintain daily sales records and reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 months experience in truck dispatch or logistics sales.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of dispatch software.
