Truck Dispatcher – US Trucking Market (Night Shift)

About the role

Techsila LLC is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to manage US freight operations from its Wah Cantt office. The role operates on a night shift to align with US business hours and focuses on booking profitable loads, negotiating rates, and supporting drivers to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and book loads on DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
• Negotiate rates with freight brokers and confirm load details.
• Plan optimal routes, considering deadhead miles, driver availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers.
• Handle documentation such as BOLs, PODs, broker packets, and rate confirmations.
• Track shipments, provide timely updates, and manage accessorial charges (detention, layovers, TONU, lumper fees).
• Resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, and load changes.
• Keep accurate dispatch records in the CRM or TMS and build strong relationships with carriers and brokers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of truck dispatching experience in the US market.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for night‑shift work.
