Truck Dispatching & Sales Executive

About the role

A truck dispatching and sales position based in Lahore, working full time in the office from 5 PM to 1 AM. The role combines sales and client acquisition for US-based owner-operators and carriers with support for load booking and dispatch coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call and email US-based owner-operators and carriers to promote dispatching services, generate leads, handle objections, negotiate terms and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Maintain client relationships, follow up on prospects, keep a sales pipeline and meet monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate load booking and negotiate rates with freight brokers, and help clients with load updates, driver coordination and delivery tracking.
• Resolve client concerns and dispatch issues, and keep accurate client records, sales reports and dispatch documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, cold calling, business development or truck dispatching; US market experience preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and strong persuasion, negotiation and communication skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and turning leads into paying clients.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of US trucking operations, freight brokers and load boards is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage several tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment.
